PALAWAN — The San Vicente Municipal government inaugurates its first district hospital last July 28. The 17-bed capacity San Vicente District Hospital (SVDH) located in Barangay San Isidro will have 78 employees including six doctors and 12 nurses.
The inauguration was led by Palawan Governor Pepito Alvarez and San Vicente Mayor Amy Alvarez. The hospital is already complete and ready to serve the public.
One of the guest of honor, House Deputy Speaker and 1Pacman Party-list Rep. Mikee Romero during a speech says, “Congratulations to San Vicente, Palawan specially to Gov. Pepito Alvarez and Mayor Amy Alvarez for putting up its first district hospital in San Vicente. Isa po itong pagpapakita ng tunay na pagmamahal at malasakit para sa inyong mamamayan. Ito po ay malaking tulong sa bansa, lalo na sa panahon ng pandemya.”
“Bukod sa pagiging Zero Covid case ng San Vicente, ito po ay magdudulot ng malaking kapanatagan ng loob sa lahat ng mamamayan ng San Vicente. Dalangin ko po ang patuloy na pag-asenso ng San Vicente maging ng buong lalawigan ng Palawan. Thank you, Gov. Alvarez, Mayor Amy, Rep. Chicoy Alvarez for inviting me here.
