The beautiful town of Bingawan in Iloilo province led by Mayor Mark Palabrica and Vice Mayor Matt Palabrica welcome 1-Pacman Partylist Representatives Mikee Romero and Eric Pineda as guest of honors during the town’s annual festival.
“It’s an honor for us to have 1-Pacman Partylist chosen as your main guests on today’s fiesta. Rest assured that we will continue to support Iloilo province and the rest of the Philippines,” Rep. Mikee Romero said during a speech before thousands of Bingawan residents.
