Some of the residents from Municipality of Bingawan of Iloilo City ran outside their home to greet and welcome 1-Pacman Partylist Representatives Mikee Romero and Eric Pineda.
“This is the first time in our history. Ngayon lang po na may nagmalasakit sa amin ng ganito. Malaking tulong sa aming Mayor at mga Bingawaneños po nito. Tunay po na napaka-buti ng 1-Pacman Partylist,” says Cyril from Bingawan citing the construction of their Multi-purpose hall.
